In signing on to be a registered member of Milester.com, you attest that you give Milester.com permission to act as your agent in retrieving your frequent flyer information from various airline databases. We use select personal information to access your various accounts with frequent flyer programs. When we access your account information, we are acting as your agent, not as that of the program.
Milester.com will use the information that is gathered to consolidate your data so that you can review it all in one place. We claim no responsibility for anything done by the miles programs. We are only an intermediary. Program benefits are under the conditions and terms of the program. Milester.com has no business affiliation with any airline, hotel, or frequent flyer program sponsor unless otherwise noted.
You will create a password upon registering. You are responsible for protecting your password and account. You are responsible for all that goes on with your password or account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You may not ever use someone else's password. No Milester.com employee can obtain your password.
Milester.com will e-mail you regarding any changes to the Terms of Service. If you resume using our service, that will be considered a tacit acceptance of the amended terms. If you feel the changes are unacceptable, do not use Milester.com thereafter. We have the right to change the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or anybody else for changes in the Milester operation.
